Materials

- Non-Ferrous Metal Gears: Non-magnetic and lightweight, perfect for high-friction or high-temperature applications. Includes aluminum alloys (2024 T4, 2024 T351, 6063 T5, 6061 T6), phosphor bronze, sintered bronze, and naval brass.
- Steel Gears: Strong and cost-effective, suitable for high-strength applications where corrosion resistance is not a concern. Available in 12L14, 4140, 1018, 1045, and 8620 steel.
- Plastic Gears: Lightweight and durable, ideal for high-temperature or chemically harsh environments. Materials include polyacetal and polycarbonate (glass-filled).
