Roller Guide, Motor Travel Rail, for Robots, 3D Printer

Precision aluminum travel rails are a core building block for gantry robots, 3D printers, vertical farming systems, and linear motion automation. CSMFG extrudes and finishes rails to tight straightness and surface finish targets so carriage wheels and linear guides run smoothly over long travel lengths.

Manufacturing Process

Profiles are extruded from 6061 or 6082 aluminum, then straightened, milled, and hard-anodized where required. We verify surface roughness, hardness, and straightness before shipment. Custom profiles, tapped holes, and motor mounting features can be added in secondary CNC operations.

We supply aluminum rail for motor travel for vertical robotic farming.  In this case, the part needs to have good surface hardness, smoothness and straight.
