1. Tube material selection and processing
- Material: high-strength stainless steel (such as 316L), with corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, and no reaction with sample gas.
- Manufacturing process:
- Seamless pipe
- CNC cutting and forming, controlling length tolerance
- Interior mirror polishing
2. Processing of interfaces at both ends
- Interface thread: CNC precision machining to deliver precise tolerances and secure sealing.
3. Welding and sealing treatment
- Automatic TIG welding: connect the caps or joints at both ends to achieve a completely sealed structure.
- Seamless weld inspection: used to connect valves, sampling systems or protective caps.
4. Heat treatment and passivation
- Vacuum annealing: eliminate stress and prevent deformation.
- Pickling passivation: remove processing residues and improve corrosion resistance.
5. Surface treatment and identification
- Shell sandblasting + anodizing: eliminate stress and prevent deformation.
- Laser engraving LOGO: warning words and unique number.
6. Cleaning and clean packaging
- Ultrasonic cleaning: remove particles and oil stains.
- Clean and dry: prevent water vapor residue.
- Vacuum or fill with inert gas and seal.
